SoftwareTestingJobs.net is a simple-to-use and innovative website that connects quality employees with reputable employers. Software test engineers seeking a position simply enter their email address to register. Unlike most other job search websites, no cumbersome registration process is required! Once the job seeker has registered, they will receive job postings from prospective employers in their email inbox!  At the job seeker's convenience, they can review the job opportunities.  If they are interested in a position, the job seeker can apply by clicking on the link or URL provided in the email notice.

The process of posting a job vacancy is also very simple and very affordable for employers. We provide a simple job posting form that employers submit to SoftwareTestingJobs.net for approval. Once the job posting is paid by one of two affordable pay options, Software Testing Jobs then approves the posting.  It will then be submitted to thousands of qualified test engineers!  

We understand time is valuable and investments should be minimal with a guaranteed high return. Software Testing Jobs has a simple method that saves the employer time and money to find that ideal employee.  Time won’t be wasted sorting through countless, unrelated, and out-of-date resumes.  That's because all job seekers on SoftwareTestingJobs.net are actively looking for work! SoftwareTestingJobs.net provides employers and recruiters with an uncluttered and industry-focused job board for fast, effective and affordable sourcing.

Simply click the "Join" button across the top of the SoftwareTestingJobs.net home page.  You will be directed to a page where you enter your email address and name. Submit that information and you will receive an email confirmation shortly after.
There are no costs for Engineers to join. However, there is a small fee to post a job.

To edit your account status, we made the process to be very simple by providing two options:
  • Deactivate your Software Testing Jobs account by changing your Email Subscription Status.
Step 1: Log into your account.
Step 2: Go to Subscription.
Step 3: Click NO in the Receive Mail section.
Step 4:Click OK.    

NOTE: If you are certain that you would like to delete your account, you will not be able to view past, current, and future job postings without rejoining. If you are not certain that you will need to return to SoftwareTestingJobs.net, we highly suggest OPTION 1, deactivating your subscription.

Job postings must abide by our Terms of Use. SoftwareTestingJobs.net is a specialist site for software test engineers ONLY, so the job posting must ONLY be a software testing position.
To post a job, simply click on the "Post a Job" button which features across the top of the SoftwareTestingJobs.net home page. Simply fill out the form appearing on that page. You can preview your advertisement before continuing with your payment. Once you confirm your job posting, proceed by clicking the "Continue to Payment" option, where you are directed to pay via PayPal. (If you would like to receive discounts by purchasing one of our variety of terms, please email us at join@softwaretestingjobs.net).
The ad may take up to 24 hours to be approved and submitted if it is to be screened by the Software Testing Jobs team.
In the event that you experience login problems, there are three things that you can do:
  1. Did you select the correct user type? If you are signing on as a job seeker, select "job seeker". If you are an employer, select "employer".
  2. Reset your password by using the "Forgot Password" link.
  3. Send an email to support@softwaretestingjobs.net
Past job postings maybe viewed by simply logging into your account.  Once you've logged into your account click on the "jobs" tab.  From there you may select a state and click "go" to view the job postings for that state. 
SoftwareTestingJobs.net welcomes job postings for permanent and contract positions. Positions vacant at legitimate businesses across all levels and locations are welcome. Please note that the Terms of Use must be adhered to in all job postings.
According to the Term of Use, SoftwareTestingJobs.net does not permit the posting of job ads by any parties who are deemed by SoftwareTestingJobs.net to be inappropriate, e.g. adult industry, pornographic or unethical businesses. SoftwaretestingJobs.net reserves the right to reject or remove any job ads deemed inappropriate according to these criteria.

If this explains your situation, there are three things you can do:
  1. Check your bulk-mail folder to see if the emails are there
  2. Re-register to check if you had a typing error
  3. Remember to add qa-jobs@softwaretestingjobs.net to your address book to prevent the emails going to your bulk-mail folder.
  4. Members with AOL email addresses some time have difficulty receiving our job postings. Try using a non AOL email address or contact your service provider and request that SoftwareTestingJobs.net emails be allowed 

It's very simple! Login and click "Change Profile" which appears in the "User Menu" to the left of your screeen.
Then simply choose either "Update Email Address" or "Update Password" and fill in the details. Click "Update" and the update is complete. 

No. All you need to do to apply to the job posting is use the "Click Here" link or URL providing in the job posting email sent to you. You will then log into your Software Testing Jobs account to apply to the job of your interest.

We currently have over 12,000 active software test engineers, and this membership is growing daily.
Active means that these individuals are actively seeking jobs. 

If your job posting was declined, it is because the posting did not adhere to the Terms of Use. If this is the case and your posting has been declined, you will receive an email notification stating the reason.

This is because the email address you entered is already registered in our database. You may use of password reminder to generate a new password and try logging in using the new password.
If you have never registered with us before and you are still getting this message, simply notify support by emailing support@softwaretestingjobs.net.
By adding qa-jobs@softwaretestingjobs.net to your address book, you will be able to receive email notifications from us.
Recruiters and Hiring Managers from qualified employers gravitate towards candidates who have proven their software testing and QA knowledge.  Without completing the test, you cannot unleash the full networking potential of your STJ membership.  If you are not satisfied with your test, place your test status as confidential and try retaking the test when you feel ready.
